General information

The following overview contains information on the expected duration of order processing, shipping and the delivery date of orders on pet-dream.de. Your order may have an earlier date than the estimated delivery date and depending on order processing factors, you may receive your order sooner or later. If you order more than one product, your order may arrive in different packages and on different days.

Free shipping

Free standard delivery is available for all orders with a minimum order value of 99.00 SFr. Available in Germany & Switzerland and is automatically valid at checkout for the entire range. The cooperation partners are excluded from this.Shipping costs and delivery times delivery country

Bulky goods surcharge
In the case of articles with a bulky goods surcharge, it should be noted that increased handling costs are incurred for shipping due to the volume and/or weight. For this reason, we charge a bulky goods surcharge (applies only to deliveries abroad) of 20 SFr. to the shipping costs. This surcharge is charged once per item position, regardless of the quantity of the item ordered, and also applies to free shipping campaigns or if the limit is exceeded value limit free of shipping costs.Delivery Conditions And RestrictionsGoods are only dispatched on working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, with the exception of national holidays in Germany. We cannot deliver to packing stations and post boxes.
