1) Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop Gentle Skin Beauty Bar, operated by Logue GmbH, for the delivery of goods to consumers or businesses.

Conflicting terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed.

2) Conclusion of Contract

Product descriptions do not constitute binding offers but invitations to place an order.

A binding contract is concluded once the seller confirms the order, ships the goods, or requests payment.

The contract language is German.

3) Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the separate withdrawal policy.

4) Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately.

Available payment methods are displayed in the online shop. When paying via external payment providers (e.g. credit card, PayPal, TWINT, POWERPAY), their terms and conditions may also apply.

5) Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer bears the costs of the unsuccessful shipment. Self-collection is not possible.

6) Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

7) Warranty

Statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply. Customers are asked to report obvious transport damage without delay; this does not affect statutory rights.

8) Promotional Vouchers

Promotional vouchers may only be redeemed within the stated period and are not redeemable for cash or interest.

9) Applicable Law

Swiss law shall apply exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

10) Alternative Dispute Resolution

The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
