Terms & Conditions (T&C) of GSKINBBAR

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed via our website. The offer is directed exclusively at consumers with residence in Switzerland (“Customer”).

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction with Gentle Skin Beauty Bar that cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. Orders in non-household quantities may be rejected without justification.

Gentle Skin Beauty Bar reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. The version valid at the time of order applies.

The operator of this website is Gentle Skin Beauty Bar (see imprint).

2. Information on the website

Gentle Skin Beauty Bar strives to provide accurate, complete, up-to-date, and clear information on www.gskinbbar.ch. Despite all care, errors, technical changes, or inaccuracies cannot be excluded. Illustrations and descriptions are for illustration purposes only and are not binding.

All offers are non-binding and do not constitute a legally binding offer. Availability and delivery times are without guarantee.

3. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT and, if applicable, other charges. Shipping costs are charged additionally and shown separately during checkout.

Price changes may occur at any time without notice.

4. Contract conclusion

By placing an order and accepting these T&C, the Customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded once Gentle Skin Beauty Bar confirms the order by email or confirms shipment.

Orders are only executed after full payment (unless otherwise agreed, e.g. invoice) and subject to product availability. If delivery is not possible, the Customer will be informed and payments already made will be refunded.

5. Payment & Retention of title

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Gentle Skin Beauty Bar may exclude customers from specific payment methods or require prepayment.

In case of late payment, default interest of 5% p.a. and reminder fees of up to CHF 20.– per reminder may be charged. Goods remain the property of Gentle Skin Beauty Bar until fully paid.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made by Swiss Post or courier to the address provided. Delivery times are non-binding. Partial deliveries are possible.

If a delivery cannot be made or is refused, Gentle Skin Beauty Bar may cancel the contract after granting a grace period and charge the Customer for related costs.

7. Inspection, Notice of defects & Returns

The Customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us of any defects in writing. Returns are at the Customer’s expense and risk, in original packaging with all accessories and delivery note, to the address stated in the imprint.

If inspection shows no defect, Gentle Skin Beauty Bar may charge handling and return costs.

8. Right of withdrawal

Customers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt. The withdrawal must be declared in writing by email or letter. The return is at the Customer’s expense and risk.

Exclusions:

• Opened or used cosmetic products (hygiene)

• Perishable goods

• Customized or personalized items

• Digital content once delivery has begun

Refunds will be made within 20 days, provided returned goods are in perfect condition.

9. Package Protection (optional)

Customers can add Package Protection (CHF 2.– per order) during checkout.

• Covers one-time replacement or refund in case of loss, theft, or transport damage.

• Must be reported within 7 days.

• Excluded: wrong delivery address, improper storage after delivery, damages after successful delivery.

• Without Package Protection, delivery confirmation by the carrier is deemed proper fulfillment.

10. Warranty

Legal warranty rights apply (usually two years). Gentle Skin Beauty Bar may provide warranty by repair, replacement, or refund.

Excluded: normal wear, improper handling, or external damages.

11. Liability

Gentle Skin Beauty Bar excludes liability for damages to the extent permitted by law. No liability is assumed for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.

Mandatory liability (gross negligence, intent) remains reserved.

12. Data protection

Gentle Skin Beauty Bar processes personal data in accordance with applicable law. Data may be shared with service providers (e.g. logistics) as necessary to fulfill the contract. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

13. Severability

Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

14. Applicable law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The UN Sales Convention (CISG) is excluded.
Place of jurisdiction is Glattbrugg or the Customer’s place of residence.
